GigaVu is included with all edge chassis equipment (edge2000, edge200, edge10) and provides all the tools and capabilities required to successfully initialize, provision, and operate the system. This program is accessed from a local LAN port on the edge chassis using a standard web browser application from a PC terminal. GigaVu may be operated from either a local or remotely located computer, including those with only low speed access. It operates using task oriented data forms and menus, along with equipment based graphical displays for identifying which piece of equipment is to be provisioned or monitored. GigaVu controls all aspects of operations with a minimum of operator training and a maximum of user flexibility. This system supports a single chassis, and all components and services that are utilizing the edge chassis. |
